What exactly is life coaching?
Life coaching is a supportive, forward-focused process that helps you gain clarity about where you are, where you want to be, and what might be standing in the way. It’s not therapy or advice-giving — it’s a guided conversation that helps you uncover your own answers.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain — yet know deep down there’s something more — coaching can help. My clients often come to me when they’re ready to reconnect with themselves, gain direction, or create intentional change in their personal or professional lives.
Is a consultation call required?
Yes. The consultation call helps determine if coaching is the right next step for you and if I’m the right coach to support your journey. It also gives us both a chance to align on your goals, expectations, and what you hope to accomplish through coaching. If we determine that we’re a good fit, you’ll have the opportunity to book an individual session or select the package that best fits your needs.
Do I have to sign up for a package?
Not at all. While packages offer savings and consistency, you can absolutely begin with a single session to see if coaching feels right for you. My goal is to make this process accessible, not pressured.
How long should I commit to coaching?
That depends on your goals. Some clients find clarity after just a few sessions, while others choose to work together for several months as they move through a deeper transformation. I offer flexible packages so you can choose what feels right for you.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past; coaching focuses on creating your future. While therapy helps you process what’s happened, coaching helps you move forward with intention, awareness, and practical tools to create change now.
What if I’m nervous or unsure about starting?
That’s completely normal. You don’t have to have it all figured out — that’s what this space is for. We start with a free 30-minute conversation to simply talk, explore your goals, and see if this feels like the right fit for you. No pressure, just connection.
Do you accept insurance?
Coaching is not covered by insurance, but I can provide an invoice or receipt if you’d like to submit it for potential reimbursement through an employer wellness or professional development program.
